So, the spacrs fit on the OEM no worries.
and the OZ fit on the hubs no worries.
I'll have to have a more thorough comparison of the spacer and the hub. maybe there is a slight difference in the profile.
As shopp said, both have a 5mm lip so I'm unsure what else could be there.
Myself and two others have fitted the OZ rims to the hubs with no obvious issue.
All a bit weird.

I think it's the big conical chamfer. The OE wheel has a big negative chamfer so the spacer can fit inside it OK, but maybe the OZ doesn't.

How are the spigots located in the wheel? Could they not be pushed in far enough / too much?

I was thinking the same. likely an issue with the chamfer, I did wonder if the spigot can go in further.
