See if you can find some MTM wheels. They are similar to those OE 18” but 19”. They are one of the best suited wheels for the RS6. Maybe Mavada can post a pic of his or search for his posts.

Forged preferably. The others have a reputation for being a bit soft.

Very nice Mavada!

Just woke up and remembered my TT has the wheels I am wanting, what an idiot!

Would these fit on to my RS6?

Well done. Looks good for the money. Definitely agree in getting it checked over by a specialist (although personally I'd steer clear of PSi, gone downhill over the past couple of years IMO) Unit 20 FTW 👍
Is it PSI's workmanship or customer service side of things that has gone downhill? You can't forgive the former as easily.

Doubt it. What’s the size and offset?

Looks like they are 18 inch, 5x100 with an offset of 32, can I get adapters for both cars or is it going to be too much hassle?

Oh it’s a pre 2006 TT. Yeah, won’t fit. The RS6 is 5 x 112 pcd.

I personally think the RS6 needs at least 19” wheels anyway.

Have a look at the B7 RS4 style wheels. They suit the 6 nicely IMO.

Ah right oh well guess that would of been too easy.

It looks like there Bola alloys might be worth something. There's a set exactly the same on eBay for £650 so I'll just sell them.

I like the RS4 alloys too.

PSi were an excellent VAG maintenance/tuning outfit a few years ago. They tuned my C4 S6 to 300 bhp and did a lot of work on my RS6 after the dreaded "Bufkin/ Poosey" pipe needed replacing. Recent work has left a lot to be desired....Andy (owner) is a top guy but has maybe set on questionable staff

I hate it when that happens. I expect somewhere that was good to stay good forever!

Yeah, shame really. Especially as they're about a mile away from me!
The original techs were more than capable when it came to our motors, sadly most have moved on & the new guys don't seem quite as clued up.
Still think they've got a good rep with the GTi boys though.

I've used them for a few years and not noticed any issues apart from the odd forgotten courtesy car and that sort of thing. A run in with a front of house person over that and their demeanour did make me seriously consider going elsewhere but laziness won out and that person is a lot better now. They were an absolute flump when they started.

The current workshop manager has been there quite a number of years. I think he's one of the more original ones. There was a lot of hiatus when the previous guy left to go to Audi Stoke though.

They don't seem as busy as they were. Has everyone local drifted off to TQC that have RSs now then?

I'd recommend them. Still Unit 20 for the major stuff & MRC for mapping etc. but TQC are very capable. They had my '6 in their garage for about 5 weeks straight (engine & box out) while we waited for my TC to be recon'd. Was beyond repair so that prolonged the job but Ian was cool about having an RS6 shaped lump taking up his workshop floor. Good guy.

I shall bear TQC in mind then as it's always good to have a few good choices.
