Hi everyone,
Going to fit the above suspension to my car this week, those of you that do use this setup have you got any advice which setting to put them on? I have seen various references but sometimes this is for the saloon too. Has anybody found a good medium to give clearance as my car is currently too low on the old H&R coilovers .TIA

I had these on my previous RS and loved them, my current one still has original DRC but once this goes I will be going back to the konis again.
As far as adjustment, I believe mine only had one setting on the front but 3 on the back for the perch height. I put it on the lowest and just ran that. Height looked good, lower than stock but not slammed, I thought it was a great product at the price.
Mine were the koni yellows with original DRC springs so not sure if we are referring to the same set up.

I have an avant. IIRC, I did :
Fronts: 1/2 turn from full soft rebound
Rears: 1/4 turn from full soft rebound and mid perch height

Ok thanks I have them on now and very happy with the height and feel. Definitely raised as I can see the whole wheel in the arches and get a trolley jack under without lifting first. I thinks its given the car a new lease of life tbf. Id definitely recommend this setup as an option.
All I can say is the original springs are in fantastic condition and put the aftermarket ones to shame.

Are you 100% sure you put the weight on the suspension first before tightening the suspension bolts? It’s not meant to look like an allroad.
Mine, and others ive seen, are damn close to stock.

No reason it wouldn't be stock height with stock springs unless you did something weird.
Think we need a photo.
Rule 1 neow.

I guess you saw my post on the other forum Matt? Its nowhere near as high as an Allroad but comparable to other '6s I have seen at AITP.
The whole lot cost me £235 but Larkspeed have the Konis at £130 each for fronts and £120 each for rears. I think springs if you cant get stock use H&R 29298-1 about £200.
Sorry for using screenshots but it wouldn't let me upload the originals.

I live on the North Yorkshire Moors which is why the old setup was getting unuseable. I'll feel more comfortable having to pull off the road on single track lanes and going over speed bumps in built up areas. Just need to wait for this lockdown to be over. Its killing me as I keep hearing bikes out and I don't believe for one minute they are on essential trips. At least we have a nice view from our place. That pic shows how low the back was on H&R.

Beautiful. If that's the view from your garage then I am very jealous indeed.
That's much lower than OE. H&R are low anyway, even at highest setting. And they are crashy. I bet the ride is much nicer now.

What’s the part number or are they actually listed for the rs6 ?
As on different sites I struggle to find them for my car. Or is it a case of shocks for a S6 avant as they are about the same ?
