Torque setting

Can anyone tell me what the correct torque setting is for the engine oil sump bolts. Also what would you guys suggest in regards to gasket/sealant? Any pitfalls to doing the job, it's just that I've had a nagging weep, and as I'm changing intercoolers at the moment it seams like a good opportunity whilst I have good access, any advice very much appreciated.
