Hi Guys,
Good weather today so I took the RS6 to work. Stopped on the way home for some fuel. When leaving the servo the ABS light came on and the ! symbol as well as MIL and a long beep.
Code is as follows,

Address 03: ABS Brakes Labels: 4B0-614-517.lbl
Control Module Part Number: 4B0 614 517 AD
Component and/or Version: ESP 5.7 RS 6 2310
Software Coding: 06697
Work Shop Code: WSC 02195
VCID: 6393530E724BDA6FB45-51F2
1 Fault Found:

00301 - ABS Return Flow Pump (V39)
35-00 - -

If I clear the code it wont come back on until the car gets moving again. Would a ABS wheel sensor set this off? Any ideas? I have checked the ABS fuse and the wires to the ABS module.
I will try and log the flow pump with VCDS tomorrow once the battery in the laptop is charged.

Thanks,
Greg.

Could possibly be the abs controller itself. I went down the 'change the abs sensor' route last year,( given my VCDS log) only to do 40 miles and got the same errors again.
Your VCDS log does read slightly different to mine ( before i changed the wheel sensor though)

Found a guy locally selling RS6 parts. Went to have a look for the ABS module. There was a whole RS6 in peace's. A damaged motor and a replacement motor. The car had a front end crash. The transmission was sold but it looks like the rest of the car is there. Interior was all pulled out an in boxes. The engine bay was fully stripped. Front damage has been repaired. The more I looked the more parts I wanted. Ended up buying the whole car. Came with new tyres, Wagner's, KW,s and near new brakes and 2 motors. Front rotors are 390mm. I think there off a C6 RS6. Lots to go through. Haven't found the ABS module yet. Running out of space to store everything with more still to pick up.

ABS is fixed I hope. Found corrosion inside the main connector on the ground pins and the 2 can pins. Cleaned them up and coated with CRC 226. Took for a good drive and no ABS light. Now to put the big brakes on her.

Absolute bonzer find. The auto box would have been a bonus but otherwise plenty to play with. I'll drop by and offer some useless suggestions about where to put the bits.

Great news about the corrosion in the connector. Hope that's it.
