• Here's a full zip of elsawin that you can download and install.
• Following the instructions is important and after maybe 6 months it does seem to need un and re installing. But it's fine, it works.
• It has a lot more than just the RS6 in too.

And in the Elsawin installation instructions it says put in CD1, CD2, CD3 = must it be installed from a CD player ??

I've got an old ElsaWin that was running on XP inside VirtualBox, on W7 then W10. Old is all I need for my D2 S8.
Due to a change of laptop, new one has W10 Pro, I decided to try it in Hyper-V and lose Oracle. Migrated the VM fine.
This prompted a discussion in another Audi forum where it seems several people do indeed have later versions running natively on W10.
So yes, get the right version (and install carefully) and it runs on W10.

Thanks, I'll give that a try.
Edit: Downloaded and started the install, which has a fair few steps. Activated OK and it seems to launch, but is in German at present and presumably no data yet.
However there's plenty more to do to complete the process so that may be what's expected at this stage. Will continue tomorrow.

Apologies for the late reply, I didn't spot this at the time.
The default language is German, but if you follow the instructions, one of the steps is to create a new user in English.

Hey everyone! I was always a quiet reader, but now could use some help of you getting the data loaded into the programm. Can someone direkt me where my error is? When i open the elsa data setup, it asks for permission to update. After clicking ok, it wants me to open a file named "hs2.a.de-de" which doesnt exist..
