My experience:

6 was too soft and the car was underdamped. The back end was floaty and steps out unpredictably on fast bends and was responsible for at least one pair of ruined underpants.

4 sorted out the unwanted instability nicely. Ride comfort is not noticeably less than on 6. Nothing has made me want to try different settings since.

Thanks Guys
Just waiting for the delivery of my own set of Billies. I might have them on the car this week or next the latest

And I had Unexpected back stepping out when I was on winter tyres and it was damp - TC was a bit annoying at that time.
