Best alarm/tracker
Re: Best alarm/tracker
405 Mi16 would be worth stealing if you could find one!
My mate has an old 205 that will not start if it is cold and there is a slight headwind..... I thought he was kidding until he showed me it not starting one day.....!!!

Re: Best alarm/tracker
I said I was getting paranoid with the car. Just ask my wife for proof.
Personally it could be my phone or my bike or my watch etc etc etc
Hate the thought of someone stealing anything that I have worked hard for and cherished.
Think I will get the (back to you) guardian magnetic tracker. At £200 it is ready to go with £15 top up on the SIM card.
Also has output that can be connected to a relay.
For that price it’s worth giving it a go.

Back2you guardian ordered.
3 to 4 days delivery.
Will see how it performs and report.
Output to relay for fuel pump cut off
Sold it for me. And real time locator on google maps.

Srichards
I hope so too. Read lots of positive reviews from people who have bought them.
So hopefully I will be happy with it.
In the end it’s got to be better than nothing and at that’s price it’s worth a gamble.

Has anyone else tried Automatrics Mtrack ?
I had one on my last car - magnetic and fitted wherever you want. Battery lasts allegedly 18 months and service v good and personal as a small company.
Lots of videos on YouTube !

Tracker arrived. SIM card installed. Unit battery charged. Downloaded the back2you app (£3:99) to make using the Device very simple.
Very good so far

Guardian tracker from back2you.
Driven from east coast to unit 20.
Tracker would not work on west coast.
Eventually fitted the two external airials.
Tracker now working as it should.
Better signal strength with the external airials. So will leave them installed.
Also comes with a relay so you can use it as a cut off switch.
Very pleased with it at the moment.
The support staff have been excellent.

Re: Best alarm/tracker
Tracker now working really well.
Very pleased with it.
Will eventually hard wire it and install the relay to cut off switch with the installation wiring which was provided in the kit.
No monthly fees is a bonus
Shock sensor is also a good feature.
