I’d try some diagnosing with the Vagcom first. Could be bad data getting to the tcu. Or a bad tcu.
/although the bad ratio codes suggest a mechanical problem most likely. You still getting the same codes after flashing the ECU?

I haven't diagnosed it again after flashing the ECU. I'll be doing that Wednesday before the car drives into the surgery room.

Diagnosed the car yesterday and only P0734 Gear 4 incorrect ratio came out after testing the car fully on automatic mode. Fourth gear came in, did not kick in fisically and then safe mode came in

Never heard of them. I'd be tempted to get Level 10 rebuild / upgrade kit.

Something that is wery important on those "undersized" trannys is oil & filterchange. Done it 3 times since rebuild.
First after "drive-in" procedure and twice after. Think thats the melody of having them work long(-er)...

Yeah to the after run in oil change.
After I ran mine in, the first oil change came back a bit dirty, I guess as the clutches bed in a little.
2nd change was clean as a whistle
