Is there any opportunity to fit a slightly milder cam with less overlap? Otherwise making the intake far less restrictive than the exhaust could help. I like Shops idea of going to a smaller diameter exhaust at idle. That would work nicely. But if there isn't room at the exhaust end then maybe you could do the opposite on the intake? Completely open it up at idle and bypass the air filter? It wont be as effective at shops idea but might be an alternative to help a bit.

Only if I accept less horsepower, or fit a supercharger instead - neither of which are optimal.
I think the SAI could be a decent enough idea, if I can get enough flow.

Alternatively, maybe I just live with it for now.
