KWE Decat downpipes

Evening guys, so in the week I emailed Milltek to ask if they’d be prepared to make me a pair of downpipes for my C5 to match my cat back system as they’ve been discontinued. Unfortunately the answer was a resounding ‘NO’ which annoyed me a little but hey-ho.
So been looking at other options and came across these in Germany.
https://www.kwe-racing.de/Audi/Audi-S6/ ... anguage=en
They look well made and also offer a 200 cell sport cat option.
Just wondering if any of you C5 RS6 owners had used / fitted them before and if so do they ACTUALLY fit properly?
It’s not a 5 minute job to fit them and I’m not prepared to pull the car apart and end up with poor fitting exhausts that rattle and don’t fit.
All info gladly received, thanks, Roj

Miltek have stopped making the downpipes or they're NLA for Audi/OEM?

There was a thread a couple of years back about some sports cats on Ebay. That’s all I’ve got to contribute I’m afraid.

Milltek have stopped making them, I told them I’d spent considerable time searching the net for a pair and their advise after telling me they have no interest in remaking parts from a discontinued line was to ‘keep searching’
Yeah, thanks!
I’m in no massive rush, as my originals are ok apart from the flexis look a bit ‘tired’, was just wanting to make sure I have all the desired parts fitted prior to remap for maximum benefit.
I have a pair of eBay 200 cell sport cat downpipes that came with my Milltek system, it’s just that hearing stories of ‘cheap’ cats that can hinder performance rather increase is a bit of a worry, especially when they’re a royal PITA to fit.
I’ve actually found a pair of KWE downpipes on eBay being sold by the company themselves for a reasonable price, just don’t know if all the hype about their stuff ‘not fitting’ properly is true or not

I've had a very bad experience with this company when I was in a hunt for Intercoolers. Nice people at the beginning, we exchanged a few mails, and I even organised a group buy with 2 other rs6 c5 owners in France as they were proposing interesting volume discounts.
We were just about to place our order but at some point they just didn't reply to any of our calls or messages, and I mean dozens of messages and no one answering the phone for weeks!
Besides, talking about price, the downpipes may be attractive but this 200 cells high flow cat option triples the price just by itself...
I can't tell anything first hand about their products, but I strongly recommend to steer away from them, they are definitely not a serious and reliable business.

Hi guys i did bought this downpipe catless set. I think it is reasonable price and quality. But my build is not 100 prc finished and i did modify downpipes as i welded v-band before flex pipe.

Have you built any downpipes yet? My flexi's are leaking and I think the engine is coming out of mine some point this year so would make sense to do them at the same time.

Not as yet for production , it shouldn't be too much longer realistically though . I can't nail down a date when they're going to be ready but should be before summer without any problems if that's any good too you

I'm not sure when the work will be done, but think it may be before then. Look forward to seeing them either way. I might just get a 2nd hand set and gutt them myself again, did a set some years ago but sold them on in the end.

I'll let you know as soon as I have a set built and if it's in time for your engine coming out then you can be the first to run them . Pre cat gutting is quiet easy isnt it . I did a set for mine a few years back

Getting hold of a set is the hardest part.
