Can you test the voltage between pins 1 and 2 of the 2 pin connector with it disconnected from the controller? You may need to put the ignition on (not cranking) to get power sent.
11.5 is OK for a battery that has been standing. I'd expect a fully charged battery to be 12+ though. I can't see this being your problem, really, especially if the car is cranking OK.
Wouldn't hurt to check the condition of the 200A fuse.

after battling with the wiring scheme I could see that the relay was powered in 8.5v but giving a 12v pulse key, and strappan the latter I have 12v to the controller j538, I have everything put in place meanwhile I recharge the battery and miracle the car to restart, a few minutes after rebelote stops and refuses to start I activated the relay by hand its not start either I think one of my pumps is at the end of life tomorrow I'll put it in parallel with the voltmeter to test it and see when it stops

Cool. Sounds like progress. Maybe a failing relay killed the pump.

I'm reprogramming with ethanol e85 I think it did not help either

Small return I replace the complete pump with filter equivalent aem 300lh I have everything back and still nothing, check flow after first pump ok, after 2nd ok, after filter ok, the engine ok, no error VCDS, the candles are dry and I have no sparks I understand more, my friend will bring me a reel to him and the engine calculator but it is related to the anti-boot?

problem being this sensor is new and on another forum an owner had this sensor failed the counting needle turns did not move and there was a mistake to Vagcom

I seem to remember that the anti theft system will display something (a key?) on the dash if it doesn’t recognise the key. I could be confusing with a different car.
Maybe there’s some info in the measuring blocks of module 35? Central convenience.

it is on the meter there is a key shaped car it disappears well at startup but tomorrow I would see the calculator 35 and the others, the 01 engine is empty

Can you check the voltage at the following fuses, both when the ignition is in position II and when the starter motor is operating (or you are asking it to).

Pull them out one at a time to test at the socket.
Also can you connect to the TCU and check what blocks 002, 003 and 004 are reading when the ignition is in position II and you are ready to start the engine.

Also, what does group 028 of the ECU measuring blocks read when you are trying to start the engine. Not sure if you'll get a coherent reading when cranking.
