Changing to carbon trim

Post by SimonBurchett1984 » Sun Mar 24, 2019 8:47 pm

Evening guys. I have just brought a blue weave carbon fiber trim set off eBay. So this afternoon I started swapping all the bits over but I have dicovered that the gear stick surround is different, the hole is larger in the carbon fiber one than the wood one. Does anyone know if there is something else I can change to make it work and why are they different sizes?
As always any help very much apperciated.

Blue weave is from a s6 and looks like your is from a manual(rare) and that’s why the hole is bigger

You’ll just have to convert to manual.

I’d trade you an auto cf piece. Mine isn’t blue weave though. Is yours for sure ?

I’ve got a carbon blue weave automatic piece if you fancy a straight swap? Have messaged you.
