Funny question. Does the rear washer jet in a fixed position or it it supposed to move round with the wiper when it’s on?
I swear it used to be fixed but now it spins around with the wiper, and it’s well, a bit rubbish.
Assume that it’s either a lock nut is loose or something has seized.

Pretty sure you need to replace. It's funny, this used to happen a lot but this is the first time I've heard of it in years. If you search on here there'll be plenty of threads, but you'll have to go waaay back.

Or just delete the rear wiper and never have too worry about it
