Issues with Xenons

Post by V!per » Wed Nov 28, 2018 8:58 pm

I started lately having issues with one of the lights. Very often one of them does not light up. After few attempts it eventually switches on but it gets yellow in colour. Starts nice blue but after few sec turns yellowish. Thought that's the issue with bulb so got a new one but it does exactly the same thing. Would that be a problem with a balast ???

By elimination I guess it has to be the ballast. Swap with the one on the other side to test?

What bulbs? I bought some cheaper replacement bulbs and they were a POS. Colour & focus all up the swanny - so I switched back to osram IIRC. Twice the price, but the right colour.
