Black optics pack

I’m planning on doing a diy black optics on my car, can some one confirm if the following is correct?

Bonnet grill - gloss black?

Lower grill - gloss black?

Both fog side grill - gloss black?

Roof rails - Matt or satin black?

Window trim - Matt or satin black?

Boot lower trim - body colour coded?

I knew none of the optics being gloss on the C5 (plus or otherwise).
Boot lower trim was matte or satin. On my black saloon I had it done body coloured, it was a black car. Looked smart.

Oh was it satin? From the pics I’ve seen the grills looked shiny so I presumed gloss, damn I just sprayed the lower trim gloss

Do you know if it was the whole grill was in satin or just the surrounding?

Doesn't really matter what you paint, it's not a genuine Plus so just do what you feel looks good in what colour you like.

Plus or not it’s irrelevant, people like the look of the black optics (me included) so want it to look the same hence the finish is quite important

Do YOU prefer gloss or Matt wrap?

Personally, with a black car, I'd colour-code all items except the roof rails and the window surrounds. I'd make the latter two gloss or satin black.
