Hi everyone
I have rs6 c5 rebuilt engine and new turbos
The problem I'm getting all the time is g70 sensor intermediate. Put VCDS to log fault it turns on off all the time going in and out of power. No air leaks all grounds checked all wires checked but still getting only one side other maf working fine and only getting boost from one turbo I'm at my wits end now and baffled by this problem.
If someone has had the same problem please help
Thanks Gareth

Re: G70 sensor intermediate
Yes and and when I got VCDS oni put the accelerator down slowly it cut out straight away but moving the wire loom seems to have some effect so check wires back to ecu no cinks or cuts. Just thinking it might be the connector to the maf as I heard they can break inside?
Re: G70 sensor intermediate
Yeah, the MAF wiring is worth redoing.
Can you log the boost and MAF values under WOT?

Re: G70 sensor intermediate
I will take report tomorrow and post it.
I know boost pressure overload keeps coming up on the report only after I have booted it to see if second turbo kicks in after 4000rpm but in vein. And g70 sensor intermediate.

Re: G70 sensor intermediate
Might be a dodgy n75 then. That wouldn't give you the g70 code but would explain the cut in boost.

Re: G70 sensor intermediate
Just made myself some maf seals for my rs6 on a lave made out of SS with hight temp rubber o-ring hopefully this will stop my g70 sensor knocking out and only giving boost on one turbo stops at 4000rpm and will not go past this stage?
