2.7T Allroad

Post by benh999 » Fri Aug 03, 2018 5:26 pm

Sorry as it’s not an S/RS however I’m after a bit of advice.

I’ve already posted on some B5 forums however no replies are out there..

I’ve got myself a manual A6 Allroad 2.7T sharing the same engine as the B5 S4. I’ve always planned to KO4 it however just wondered exactly what is needed to carry out the conversion. I already have brand new genuine ko4’s, new exhaust manifolds and turbo oil feed pipes...

What else would I need to achieve a good reliable conversion?

Ps currently we are going Over the engine to ensure it is in a healthy state, this includes all new camshaft seals, VVT seals and cam cover seals, full cambelt kit inc tensioner/damper and water pump.
