Well, the glass is available and so is the trim it seems. The body Shop that was ‘insurance approved’ was trying to pull a fast one on me and the insurance company.
This has turned into a big f-up.
Our car was returned to us for the first time in an appalling condition. Incorrect paint colour, marks/blotches in the paint work, very poor lacquer finish, badly fitting trim, I could go on. So hence it was returned.

The second time our car was returned to us it wasn’t in much of a better state. I noticed further issues, the main being the terrible job of fitting the incorrect rear quarter window. Sealant inside the car on the trim! Also the headlining is now sagging and the interior trim hasn’t been fitted correctly with parts now broken.
So as it stands I’ve seen our local independent body Shop for a quote to rectify the issues with the body and the damage that has been caused.
I’m really fed up with this whole saga now. It’s taken up so much of my time on the phone or emailing and even the trips to both body shops.
