I have come across another plug(OE Audi/NGK) part no

Use only NGK PFR7Q.

/There might be a discount code with Opie oils who I believe are a site Sponsor.
Daytona RS6 C5 Avant. Viper'd, Billies, Waggers, MTM box brain, C6 stoppers, xcarlink, R8 coolant cap (woohoo)
///M3 E46 | XC90 (V8, natch) | Passat GTE | RR Classic V8 flapper

Does this apply to modded engines too? Anyone know if MRC recommend these on their Stage 3 tunes?

Sometimes RS2 plugs are recommended.

The general rule of thumb for modified cars is that you should go 1 heat grade colder for every 75-100bhp that you add. Best bet is to speak to MRC and/or Opie Oils and as their advice.
