Brakes and Suspension

Evening everyone. Time for a bit of TLC for my C5 so I'm fter a bit of help, I've ordered some new Zimmerman discs and Ferodo DS2500 pads but from what I understand the pads don't come with wear sensors. I've had a quick look but haven't really found much more than one that says it's for an Audi! Does anyone know of a part number or where I could get some?
The other question is after coming off my drive and hearing a loud knocking noise, I found that the lower control arm bush is shot! After looking around I found a Meyle HD kit:- https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Meyle-HD-Rei ... Sw--1Ws431
I remember reading somewhere and all the HD kits don't come with the correct lower forward control arm and you have to buy the iirc at link was to Amazon.
