Power steering pipe
Hey all has anyone had a replacement power steering pipe made in place of the factory one? One of mine is rotten on the elbow and audi want £362 for the pipe

Is it the one that goes up the front of the rad for cooling? Mine was all right when all my oil cooler pipes were rotten. Is it the same one on other variants of the a6?

Hello simon its the long one that goes from the rack along the leg and into the pump u use to be able to buy it in 2 bits but now its 1 compete pipe

Sorry - can't help you there. My one was fine. Audi pipes (RS specific) seem to be stupidly expensive.
The oiler cooler pipes seem to have the same issue. There's a DIY guide on here about replacing those with generic flexis but not sure its applicable for that one.
