rs6 c5 power loss and supercharging circuit leaks
Re: rs6 c5 power loss and supercharging circuit leaks
hello I went on vacation 1 week I had to put the Audi aside I resume work on Monday 30/07 at rest, I will proceed by stages inversion candle cylinder 1 and 4 and 5 and 8 stories that the l electronics or sensors are not mistaken, if present defect inversion coils, if fault persists the wiring has already been controlled reversing injector in the same way 1/4 and 5/8 I will fail to reassemble my advanced

other precision I have the stripes of ignition that in slow speed accelerating above the 1800/2000 turn the stripes stops the meter returns to 0

Re: rs6 c5 power loss and supercharging circuit leaks
I proceed to the inversion of candles 1 and 4, 5 and 8, even missed 5 and 4, inversion coils 1/4 and 5/8 ditto, and I ended up injectors like 1/4 and 5/8 same failure wiring ok I understand nothing and as soon as I accelerate over 1500r / min more failures
it does not remain 36 pieces I think a things the distribution was badly stalled before disassembly but the self was turning round what could it be that the learning or the cartography is distorted to causse of this offset since it is wedged correctly?

Re: rs6 c5 power loss and supercharging circuit leaks
Maybe it's a fuel pressure problem. Do you have a fuel pressure gauge?
Try running without the fuel cap on to see if the problem continues - I had a fuel tank ventilation problem once that manifested in a similar way.

test without tank cap perform does not work, I do not have fuel pressure manometer unfortunately, I order the 8 reels that are old model hitachi history to eliminate the reels a good time for all
Re: rs6 c5 power loss and supercharging circuit leaks
Yeah, at least that way you can be sure.
So misfire is usually caused by bad plugs, bad plug seal, mis-fuelling problem, compression problem or timing.
It wasn't misfiring before, so it seems likely it's something you did when rebuilding the engine.
I wonder if the cam timing is off somewhow. When you replaced the tensioners, did you put the chains on the sprockets properly? I know that it's different on the left side from the right so it's easy to get the sprocket on the wrong chain link.
I personally would check again the TDC and cam positions with the T40005 tool.
Also, could it be simply that the MAFs aren't seated properly. Can you log the air flow?

Re: rs6 c5 power loss and supercharging circuit leaks
I checked several times the wiring and connections that are in very good condition I even use cleaner contact nothing has done, the problem is that before the tension of the timing belt n ' was not homogeneous and yet the engine was running round the links just below when disassembling the game

for phase shifters yes I recheck 5 or 6 times there are 15 and 16 pegs left and right there are also the mark on the bearing cap to adjust his fall well systematically and the same I flunked my belt distribution several times I had doubts 4 laps of the crankshaft and the tool t40005 fall into it, I start with a summing wind and rests the tool t40005 after it was good, I'm not redone a meter test from his will to make me miss on only 2 cylinders? and yes they are well nested I watch at each rest

Re: rs6 c5 power loss and supercharging circuit leaks
the news, replacement coils same failure I control the compression instructions 9.5 I measured between 9.8 and 10.2 on 7 cylinder the number 5 I could not the candle was broken I'm good to redemonter a valve probably crooked

Wow. You are incredibly unlucky.

Get some NGK PFR7Q in there. There have been sporadic reports of other plugs doing what yours have done.

Re: rs6 c5 power loss and supercharging circuit leaks
unfortunately it is not that the sparks the candle is exploding and there is impact on the piston I am good to decel and hope that the cylinder is not damaged

Re: rs6 c5 power loss and supercharging circuit leaks
Have you got a borescope? Might be worth having a look with one. Still, if you've got no compression the head has to come off anyway.
