Re: rs6 c5 power loss and supercharging circuit leaks
I remembered that I had a corner mirror on my endoscope the last chance that my shirt had nothing to come flying out twisted valve and scratched shirt I'll see for a second-hand engine I'm told that a rectification with material transfer or rechecking cost as expensive as a motor

fitter again and it's not nice to see
on say I understood that the block is nickasil and not rectifiable, the impact does not interfere with the segment and the big impact found in the 1 segment logically no embarrassment, the piston is not pierced either but has suffered, ditto for the breech a broken valve head that will be replaced and the bolts of the breech filed off the broken seat again lapped

Re: rs6 c5 power loss and supercharging circuit leaks
hello the team I come back to you to give news I did not drop I did rectify the cylinder head with replacement of the damaged valves, piston assembly used with new segment, light passage fine sandpaper 1500/2000 cylinder reassembly and restarting on December 24 Remains of things that I do a little that I have time
Re: rs6 c5 power loss and supercharging circuit leaks
meanwhile I changed the 2 fuel pumps that start to tire the 2 diverter valves, the wiper motor before, I mount the apikol kit for MAF
Re: rs6 c5 power loss and supercharging circuit leaks
problem being that lately she pulls down and loses all the torque above 3000tr no fault at Vagcom and logs 002/115 it loads at 2000mbar I understand nothing more

Re: rs6 c5 power loss and supercharging circuit leaks
Looks like you've got a boost control problem. As soon as your car starts asking for boost, the actual boost goes crazy and you're probably over-boosting. At no point does your EU ask for more than 1430mbar boost but at one point you are getting a measured boost of 2440mbar. That's just not right.
Is your N75 recent? Don't think it's the DVs. Don't think it's a N249 issue. Are you sure you did the plumbing of the N75 correctly when you put the engine back in?
Could be a bad boost pressure sensor. The values seem coherent, even if they are extreme, though. Surprised you haven't got a code for overboost, but it might have been removed from your map. Are you able to put a standard map back on your ECU to test?

Re: rs6 c5 power loss and supercharging circuit leaks
I noticed that my order was lower than the current one, that said N75 and N249 change 1 year ago and the N75 is cable correctly the car ran wonderfully when reassembling, no code overboost on the Vagcom, it would be necessary what I call the preparer for the original mapping, what is curious is that it works for a while then it works more like the, the last time it worked it's when I had climbed Chinese dv the spring was very hard while waiting to receive the new I had power couple but in my monte paff A dv to explode

Re: rs6 c5 power loss and supercharging circuit leaks
Presumably it's the overboost that caused the DV to explode.
Doesn't explain why the ECU can't regulate the boost properly. It's also odd that it's only asking for a small amount of boost, too. Unless it's because the time resolution of your logging is too low. Might be that the fast overboost condition causes the ECU to stop asking for boost.
But when the ECU asks for no boost, the boost level returns to zero.
Are you running a standard N75 or an aftermarket one? If the latter, can you put the OE one back in to test?
Could the wastegate actuators have got bent / damaged went the engine was out?

Re: rs6 c5 power loss and supercharging circuit leaks
the N75 is not an audi I bought it on the Internet, for wasgate I had tested them with the pressure it opens and closes but I do not see them in the exhaust I see them from the top, I do not know if this little blocked or generate this failure but I have the 4 lambdas in default I wanted to mount standard keeping my connection but it was a nice mistake it does not work I must replace it could interfere?
Re: rs6 c5 power loss and supercharging circuit leaks
Can you put the original N75 back on?
Are you also saying that you have faults with all 4 lambda sensors? Can you post the fault codes?
Can you log group 32 to check the trims?
/can you post all your fault codes?

Re: rs6 c5 power loss and supercharging circuit leaks
I found my old N75 I will reinstall, yes I have 4 lambdas in short circuit, I will pass the Vagcom just now to post the defects, and the log 32 thank you
