I think so, yeah. But if you buy a 63mm flexi, the flexi is a lot smaller than 63mm which'll cause a restriction (bad on a turbo motor), which is why I used a 76mm flexi and then welded a reducer on to bring the pipe size down to 63.

Skyegtb, do you have part numbers of the flexis you used?

Cheers. So did that ID of 60.3mm fit over the existing pipe??

Yes, it was a perfect fit, but remember that I have Milltek downpipes not OEM

The best advice I can give, if you were attempting this, would be to completely remove the old flexis, then accurately measure everything up - all lengths, diameters etc, then simply head over to eBay and you will find the correct flexis sold by one of the sellers there. 0.3mm is the standard oversize to allow fitting the new flexi over the existing pipe, but if that is not correct as per your measurements a lot of the companies will custom manufacture you a flexi very often for no extra cost.

And, be really mindful that exhaust back pressure is a killer on a turbo motor. The 63mm flexis I got were a restriction, hence I used 76mm ones and sleeved the tubes down.

The flexis I fitted were (internal diameter) the same as the Milltek originals. I didn't like the way they were fitted and the big step down to 60mm on the pipes, but at the time I was just happy to put it back as it originally was. I did wonder why they stepped it down so much, perhaps there were space issues?

Unfortunately I don't have the luxury of being able to strip everything down and measure the necessary sizes before ordering. Ideally would need the new flexis to replace the old ones in one visit.
