I was one of the film crew that made Layer Cake.

It was the performance of the film car that led to me buying an RS6.

The seminal moment was pulling onto the M40 with a camera in the boot on a bazooka (a short tripod)with
a cameraman and soundman (wouldn't be allowed now by health and safety).

The 4 actors in the front, with Morty driving for real.

Matthew Vaughn the Director in a follow vehicle and we had a police escort.

The Director asked the actors to do their dialogue and at the end of it Morty
to bury his foot on the throttle. We shot the dialogue at about 80mph in the fast lane,
and when Morty accelerated the RS6 kicked down and propelled us (6 grown men and camera)
to about 120 in what felt like an instant.

I had never felt anything like it despite a background in hot hatches and owned a Subaru Turbo
at the time.

It was that moment that made me instantly decide to buy a RS6.

Layer cake was a great film and the RS6 looked really cool, but I'm with Jules; she was so sexy in that film.

The ironic thing is Craigs character never got to boff her in the film. But at least he made up for it in real life!

Nice! I always loved the bit at the start, after the opening credits, the RS6 pulling away in a wall of V8 meaty goodness down a London Mews street as the track 'She Sells Sanctuary' kicks in....

Might sound really strange - did you ever work on BBC Silent Witness? A C5 RS6 appeared a few times one series - enough to get a mention on this forum.

I spent last Monday making love to Sienna. Now there's 3 things you all need to know about Sienna,
1) She is one HOT babe :bigblink:
2) She's even better looking in real life than in photos,
3) The staff in Madame Tussauds have got no f'kin sense of humour what so ever :boohoo:

Was that because you didn't wear a condom and shot all over her face?
