Evening all. I am hoping we can sort a group buy for mats for our cars.

Basically I have been looking for a while and have been unable to find the right ones. Also there have been other threads that have not yielded correct results.

A couple of years ago I had a mk4 golf r32 and a chap on the relevant forum called fathead contacted a local place to him and they made excellent oe spec r32 mats as oe were discontinued. It ended up with over 60 sets made and sold. They were epic quality. He also did some b7 rs4 ones on here. I have managed to contact him and he is prepared to sort again if there is sufficient interest mats would be £65 delivered. There are still things to sort like the curve for the passenger front mat etc. What he will need is a set of genuine mats to ensure the fit is correct so I am hoping there is someone on here that will be able to assist with that as mine are eBay copies and not right.

He is on this forum and hopefully will check this link over the next few days. I will put the pics of my r32 ones on and then if we could start a list of interested party's and we will go from there.



He also then did a boot mat which was the same great quality

I'll grab some too, they look good. Hopefully he can get the front passenger one right, the one I've got in there at the min is embarrasing fitment wise!

I'd be interested in some. Not so keen on a massive badge in the middle, but a subtle one about 3" long along the side or the middle of the mat would be nice.

Not sure what mats I have but they fit perfectly in the front of the car and not badged RS6 but the rears are a pain to get in and out as they catch under the seat sliders.

Cool. Add yourself by copying lasting etc if interested. It's just getting number at moment. As far as the badge goes, I agree a smaller side badge will be the plan.

Is it possible to choose the piping colour?
I'd like some to match the sprint blue, or thereabouts.
Or Perhaps cream to match the alcantara?

I guess white, once dirty, would be about right.

Black goes with everything

Ha ha. Waiting to hear from fathead. The r32 ones he did. There was a choice of piping as I don't think that caused many problems. Might even be a colour of mat option. The logo will be the same on all along with fit and type of material. Will update once I know more

I'm in but would prefer a more subtle logo, what are originals like?

I've got an original factory set and proper factory boot liner if anyone interested.
Be it for pattern to copy from or otherwise.
