Standard sizes its OE audi, zimmermans (from places like Eurocarparts), possibly some from a Phaeton might fit (but are heavier).
There are also a couple of aftermarket ones that used custom bells, with common rotors but they are a bit more expensive. I believe one chap bought some from a place in the states that fit nicely. Or you could get some complete C6 stoppers (including calipers) instead and they are cheaper than C5 for discs/pads - and bigger!.
I doubt demontweeks will do ones that fit.

I doubt it unfortunately. Similar - but without seeing the two against each other I wouldn't be 100%
heres the spec of the RS4 discs;
Brake Disc Type Perforated / Vented, Ø 365 mm, Brake Disc Thickness 34 mm, Min. thickness 32 mm, Height 46,5 mm, High-carbon, Centering Diameter 68 mm, Num. of holes 5, Coated, Two-piece Brake Disc, with screws
and the RS6 discs;
Brake Disc Type Internally Vented, Ø 365 mm, Brake Disc Thickness 34 mm, Height 52,5 mm, Hole Pitch / Number 10/10, without wheel hub, without wheel studs, Coated, High-carbon, paired article numbers 92207610

I got some 380mm discs from Girodisc in the states, tbh they are better than the standard discs, lighter and more stopping power, but for the price I'm not sure I'd bother again. Import duty hikes up the price a lot. I think for two front discs and pads all round I paid £1200.
The first new set of discs I fitted were the Zimmerman ones from euro car parts and they did the job fine.
Whichever discs you go for, I'd recommend the braided brake lines and good fluid (either ATE Super blue or Motul RBF660). Then good pads, either OEM or Ferodo DS2500. You'll have no problems stopping for triple figure speeds then

I opted for the Eurocarparts all round and to be honest there's not much wrong with them.
Apply a discount code (Google) or TopCashBack reward and they came in under £200 each.

Yeh, I've got Zimmerman's on the rear from ECP too, non cross drilled. Quality was fine.

The Zimmies are fine.
RS4 disks definitely won't fit. Ask me how I know.

Have a haggle with ECP. I bought all four at the same time and I think I got them down to about £140 each
