HAD MY RS6 54 REG TERRA CLEANED AND NOW ITS CRANKING OVER AND OVER FOR AGES BEFORE IT STARTS ANYBODY HAD THIS DONE AND KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM IS , CHEERS , GUTTED FOR GETTING IT DONE

Why did you get that cleaned? These engines don't really carbon up at all. I guess hind sight is a nice thing.

Have you scanned for codes with VCDS?

I WAS SELLING ABIKE TO A KID WHO DOES IT AND HE SAID HE WOULD DO IT HALF PRICE SO I THOUGHT MIGHT AS WELL WITH HAVING 90K ON , AS U CAN GUESS I AINT GOT A CLUE ABOUT CARS , JUST GOT IT BACK FROM AUDI AND THEY CANT FIND A FAULT BUT WANTED TO START FROM THE ECU AND START PUTTING NEW WIRES IN ,SO TOOK IT STRAIGHT OUT AS THEY SAID WOULD BE ABOUT 1200 TO START FAULT FINDING ,

YOU NEED IT SCANNED WITH VCDS. IF YOU KEEP SHOUTING SOMEONE SHOULD HEAR YOU AND MIGHT HELP OUT. COULD EVEN BE BAD LUCK AND A FAULT FROM WHEN YOU HAD THE WATER LEAKING INTO THE CAB!

Sorry to hear about your bad luck, I have considered Terracleaning before as a boredom mod on some of our lesser cars, but never on the 4 or the 6, I don;t think it would do a thing for them really

Does it run ok when it does start?

You need to get it scanned for error codes. Either buy a diagnostics lead and download VCDS Lite, or find someone who has it. Where abouts are you? Someone local might not mind lending a hand.

The injectors was a good idea. It could be a contaminated Mass airflow sensor, you could diagnose that with VCDS or just change them if they've not been changed already, they're not particularly cheap though. You could try changing the plugs if they've not been done in a while, it might be worth getting a compression check done.
