Hmm, it's definitely not a plus as there isn't a placard by the ash tray. I'm not sure if you could spec black optics? Either that or a previous owner has sprayed them black.

Tuned by AMD, so that 520 hp "approx" will be around 480 with no low end torque, it should start to pull hard from ~3000rpm but mine was flat until 4500 with the amd map. (from my experience anyway)

Other than that looks ok. It doesn't mention anything about the gearbox, it could be in good shape but i'd recommend getting the ATF and strainer changed pronto to prolong it's life.

Can't be 100% sure from pic but it looks like the brakes may need doing. That's not a particularly cheap job.

Thanks, I think I'd prefer a standard map

Noticed the brakes have drilled discs, this came with the plus but i guess people have used them when they needed replacing.

Standard brakes are drilled for all RS models :)

You can get plain discs too, which is probably better if you're planning on taking it on the track, if you get a drilled disc hot (like really hot) then you get small cracks forming at the holes. But to be honest you have to be going some on the road to do it.

I'm not sure about the extended warranty. Maybe someone else can chime in on that one.

*sigh* my fucken teeth are screaming again.

/EDIT wow, that ad must be a record for the amount of private sale cliques squeezed into a single ad!

1. Very Rare GENUINE Low Mileage Car (every mile is genuine and all miles were completed on roads lower than sea-level, these genuine low miles make the car rare, very rare)
2. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC CONDITION INSIDE & OUT (apart from something that makes it NOT absolutely fantastic written in brackets, because no one ever reads the stuff in the brackets)
3. NOT FOR THE FAINT HEARTED (what kind of cars do the faint hearted drive anyway? We need a baseline for this, without a baseline we'll never know who we can sell our cars to)
4. Car Is Just Too Big And Fast For The Wife (what does this have to do with his wife, why would she need a car in her kitchen? The only reason she would get inside this car is if it had a kitchen or a bed, I see nothing in the description of this, how is this a valid reason to sell the car?)
5. Due To The Nature Of My Job (his job is mean-natured and it hates this type of car?!?!)
6. You will Not find a better cleaner Example Anywhere (except everywhere these cars are sold... is mileage actually everything?)
7. I looked long and hard for the right car (now you're selling it, because of your mean-natured job... sounds like you didn't buy the right car after all. It also makes me question your logic, because, by your own rationale you looked long and hard just to end up buying the wrong car.)
8. I am in no hurry to sell so no silly offers please (So what you're saying is; wait until you ARE in a hurry to sell, when all silly offers will be accepted... got it, sounds smart)
9. THE FIRST PERSON TO SEE WILL DEFINATELY BUY !!! (Wow, I hope that's not me, I cannot begin to imagine having to pay for something just because I looked at it, what if the car drives in front of me whilst walking down the street - what will I do?!?! I'm staying at home until this thing is sold, just to be safe innit.)

That car was sold by a trader in saltash to this guy who has had it up for sale ever since buying it ? Like bams says above

There was a thread about the car last December I think

Maybe the car needs to be white for his wife, colour coordination, white washing machine etc

On the C5 non plus version - the standard brakes were non drilled, just vented. The cross drilled brakes were available as an extra from factory build.
