Probably start with the spiked wheels and things to stop the hordes coming to steal your candles when they start turning the power stations off.

The only thing I would say is don't rush in to selling. It's not going to devalue any further, it's not costing you anything, it's probably the kind of car you won't replace either.

When when I eventually sell mine, or crash it (hope not), or something fails that I cannot repair/replace/rebuild - I wouldn't be replacing it with another one, I would inevitably end up with some euro box with a 1.6 diesel or other mundaneness.

So unless you actually need to get shot ASAFP, don't rush in to this, who knows what may happen over the coming months.

We have been talking about selling for a couple of years now, so this isn't a rushed decision, we have held off and held off based on the "what if" for long enough now. Work are never going to stop treating me like utter crap, there is no magical money tree and she is doing no good sitting on the driveway unloved and unused. I have £5k in my head as the absolute lowest I would take, but no doubt people will tell me no chance at that price.

I’ve read your early post on this car mate and would love to take a spin on it and get it back together. £5k is a very fair price and if she’s still available in the new year I might be in a position to take it from you. As Matt said, don’t give it away.

Thanks Chris, but I don't think I can wait anymore, we are on a variable rate mortgage currently and have bills to pay, so I have to actually put some effort in and put up an ad soon.
