Firemounting stretched tyres:

Golfather, only MONGS run stretched tyres imo. The scoob came with stretched tyres as the MONG owner (you would have liked him), had the car so slammed that the wheels were cambered right in, had burned through the arch liners and the car would leave half of itself over every speed hump that it could actually get over. Right up your street

I know you like to bait but I am looking forward to the day that I can meet you face to face and tell you how silly you are.
Current:

Ohhhh, that's a cracker! And yes, you're conforming nicely. We're going to be great mates.

So mister current affairs, why is it such a crime to correct spelling and grammatical errors? It seems to get everyone in a rage but the only person who's actually done wrong is the person too lazy to learn Unglish. I'm an atrocious speller and my grammar isn't far above below average but whenever I'm corrected, I feel enlightened or I feel disappointed in myself, so learn and tried harder.

Intolerance raises standards. English is this country is a fucken joke.

Now, back to those seats.
Damn,

Thought I might have had a nibble.............but nothing !! lol

You passed :sekret:

Seats are poor, much like the language oft used on't'interweb. Jamie Shaw may be able to help, although I'm not sure of his current number and how expensive he is to normal people these days.

Well done on the whorage Daz.

I finished the contract I was on last Saturday so I'm currently enjoying unemployment. I did pop in to the Shop to have a proper check up and they were just finishing off the preparation for primer but they'd been held up finishing a full resto on a cobra that's to be out for the end of January including a 20mile shakedown so it wasn't much different looking than the earlier pics really. If anything it looks even more dejected. In other news my sportecs and the porsche wheels should be out of refurb tomorrow

Sportec Mono10s? I'm not going to like the Porker wheels, I'm guessing. Grizz tried to fit 997 Turbo wheels to his avant many years ago, I was interested in those, they wouldn't fit... but Porker Lobsters, yuck.

Mono 10s yeah but they're only 18s and I don't think they'll go over the 30th. The porsche wheels are 19s and definitely will. Unusual square set measuring 9x19 which saved me buying two sets

Edit *380s not 30th

update on the paint and it should be in primer by now. Just got paid off last weekend so took a trip in to see how it was getting on and it was very sorry looking but the prepwork and any damage is now removed and the car is ready for primer.

In other news I went over too check out how the wheels were coming along

set A I'd asked the coaters to do in a bright silver and unbeknownst to me they had started doing a new 'high power silver'....

not too happy with it in the metal really. Looked a bit cheap jewelery/gaudy so getting them redone in porsche arctic silver for a nice bright fresh silver. Going to go for 255/35 asy II's as theyre a square 9x19 set up

set B I just wanted redone in anthracite but went for audi Titan but in gloss rather than a satin

undercoat

should all be done and home for mid week

Just as I thought, I love the Monos. They're a very smart wheel. What's the width and off-set on them? Other 18s have slipped over stock brakes, the Monos should too, in theory. It all depends on ET and calliper clearance.

380s, what are they? Are you still running the 8pots or the C6 6pots?

Gallardo brembo gt upgrade discs. Fitted them the same time as the fluid service and upgrading from h+r's to h+r race before the runway event. Still unsure of them and looking for ceramics tbh, got a helluva rumble to them part pedal but may just be the race pads
