The opposite running costs thread
Re: The opposite running costs thread
+1 from me bam but I see what you mean and if I had done the way I wanted I would have brought martins but alas he had sold his so I did it my way not that I have any regrets apart from the fact I could of brought a c6 for the cost of mine plus the mods but hey I have no regrets as the c5 is by far the best looking rs6
I would hate to work out what my fuel costs are for 25,000 mls in just over 12ths

950 nm torque!

Assuming you averaged 16 MPG over 25,000 miles, Amanda, at a price of 1.38, then your fuel bill would have been £9,802.51. No need to thank me.

Yeah. Should have written "my Audi" which is a C5 RS6.Amar wrote:Audi aren't exclusive, they are horribly common. The fourth biggest selling car brand in the UK! I wish they were exclusive. The C5 RS model is though if that's what you meant.Phill R wrote:Quite amazing how many 911's around now. I often see one or two a day on my 22 mile commute but I've not seen another RS6 since I've owned mine. I like the exclusivity of the Audi.
Edit: I take it that is what you meant as you said 'the Audi..'
I did have a 993 some years ago but with three kids and a wife, found I'd only use it for work and use the family wagon at weekends. Also when parked at work, my customers assumed I was charging too much cause I owned a Porsche. Now they're ok with my Audi estate! It does seem to me that more and more 911's are driven by women now days. Wonder why?
