Also just to add my 4-penneth i think it is important to remember that having the most BHP doesn't mean you have the quickest or nicest car to drive. I have seen in motorbike tuning that guys go all out to obtain them last few ponies and to be left with an un-rideable peaky power delivery. I know the size of the engine and twin turbos mean RS6s should never be lacking in power or torque but it will be good to compare which map/exhaust combo gives the best results.

when is this happening and around were?
Would love to come and see the different feel of the remaps as i am thinking of getting a one done before i drive down to italy in the summer.

oops sorry just realised you said you made a post. will search now

Hi Alex, we are trying to plan a meet around the Tonbridge Wells area for Tuesday 17th Feb, Rupert is investigating as he thinks there might be an Audi car club meet that we can gatecrash, i'll keep you posted if you are interested.

Having deciphered your post, I think you're asking how West Tuning stack up?

Some have good reports but some have had some problems with them. Don't hear many complaints coming from MRC though.
RS4 B5. Where it all started.
RS6+ Never to be replaced.
Replaced by: 997 Turbo. Didn't like.
Replaced by RS6. I like(d).
Land Rover Defender. Not as nippy.
Back with C6 RS6
And again C7 RS6

Guys- If you are meeting up around TW on the 17th, we are having a meet at the Poacher inn in Tudeley at 7pm on Tuesday night. good food and company. Lots of RS4's, 2 RS6's and some S4's too. Be nice to see you guys. Besides, there is a standard ish RS6 (milltek) and mine Custom code + full de cat + H&R's and Hotchkiss ARB's + Big brake upgrade.

Please see here http://audisrs.com/about3643.html

Hope you dont mind Phil ??

Not sure there are any specific problems with the map itself but I know there were some issues with West on other fronts, but I'm speaking out of turn here, I'm sure someone we be along who knows more... In the meantime maybe pop along somewhere for an independent check just for peace of mind. Don't worry though, I know west have done plenty of maps including the Plus, as I looked into them for mine at the time.

Dont need to gate crash- you are invited! Please add your names if you are interest- I need to get an idea of numbers for the table. You dont need to eat- but the food is ace, and the average cost so far has been £20 per head for 3 courses and beer!
