Backcrust, I'm deeply offended, please, in future, refer to me as "The Aussie c*nt".bakustax wrote:You think?...I came on here a while back and was made most unwelcome and ridiculed after a post about having a "toke" and getting a bit of paranoia about the gear box...for me... and I've said it before the forum has become a 5 member club..."The Aussie pri*k", "Mr Footlong?”, The I've got a rich daddy "trolley dolly", Chunky the sycophant and… a decent sort "Shop"...yes the Doc , Mavada and JC will post occasionally but you boys are reaping what you have sown...the Aussie has fu*ked the forum with his up himself pish...a real pity...but you boys seem to like it like that so don't be surprised if the posts are all between yourselves…chunky79 wrote:Come on guys. Also, you were lambasted for driving stoned/wasted, you fucken <beep>. Even your top mate Shop broke out the popcorn. I don't give a rats ar*se about your opinion but you've only named several people that post on this forum section, there are many, many others that contribute a considerable amount content and assistance. What have you done?
Even after all of your twatish posts, I still withhold judgement because I haven't met you and you could be very different IRL, even though you've not spared me the same consideration. So I suggest that you do as DavePerc has done and add all of the people you don't like to your foes list, so next time you're drunk, you'll go beat your wife/dog instead of getting angry at the forum and posting inconsiderate crap.
Now, dickhead, list all of your songs like everyone else or get fukked.
No matter where you go, there you are.
Re: What *are* you like?
Amen to that. I'm utterly sick if the current trend of x-factor esq pop crap, and the last week if radio 1 has been hell what with all the teen awards/1 direction arse kissing.Amar wrote:Tell you who else I hate, Bruno Mars. Again, good voice and talented whatever. His songs are such a bunch of <beep> with the most terrible lyrics.
I can't really think of specific songs that I always listen to, but my all time favourite artists/bands are
- Smashing Pumpkins
- Radiohead
- Faith No More
- Supergrass
- Arcade Fire

Leviticus - Burial is my absolute favourite for killing myself exercising and the Jungle Mix of Buju Banton - Champion, for some reason is quite possibly my favourite Jungle track ever - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WErJu4RtpEU - I have that white label in the loft still.
As for Adele, every time she opens her trap to talk I want to kill her in the face.
When warhead drops, its the point of no return. I have always loved the music ever since attending my first and last rave in my first yr of med school in londons docklands.."World Dance". I saw faces adopt positions that quite frankly faces should not be adopting. I`ve loved the music but loathed the scene although am conscious the 2 are quite synergistic. I remember the flyers for helter skelter, rave-a-lation, slammin vinyl bomber jackets and never bought into all of that..
I`m getting into dj shepdog at present who seems to be quite successful at mash-ups taking popular tracks and giving them a ska/2 tone edge..

This is, for those that are unaware one of the anthems of the drum and bass scene.. DJ Krust and Warhead

As an aside, i find myself with the unenviable task of deciding once again whether to pack my wet weather gear for glasto... `AVE IT

What *are* you like?
What a difficult thing to do - so many tunes - so hard to chose. Just had a spirited drive up to the NEC for a trade show tomorrow so going to get something to eat and will try and narrow down my choices. On another note - why so nasty Mr Bakustax?? I haven't met anyone on here in person so I would never pass judgement on anyone here. Bam does make me laugh and I am sure he is just like my Australian mates - loud and sometimes a pain in the ass - but always there when you need them. Amar - your enthusiasm and eagerness to help is a sign of youth that some of us have forgotten. this place has certainly helped when I have had problems so to all you who post so frequently - carry on chaps!

Deee-Lite! I remember being the ripe old age of 12/13 and seeing Lady Miss Kier wiggling around in her skin tight catsuit. I think still have marks on "Mr Dingle Dangle" from where I repeatedly rubbed through him thinking about her!
As for Warhead, sooooooo, soooooo many tracks out there that make me light up and say tune! One of the main things I am looking forward from getting the RNS-E in the car this week is that I can load it up full of dirty basslines.

To be honest, i`m beginning to lose the will not having bluetooth. I`m hoping its a simple case of taking out the rns d, plugging in the rns e as i`ll try that myself. If youre going to give it a go then i`ll be interested in a sticky for the whole process..
