Re: Possible Issue
You didn't log group 115 which is generally the most interesting one on the RS6.
Couple of things. You should post the xls files if possible - pure numbers are hard to see trends in. Also, your Vagcom is sampling at a really low rate on the torque logs. Pretty much only once a second. Not so bad for the other logs. Next time, you can use the turbo button to increase sampling rate.
Anyway, if your plus is standard then the torque values you are getting are spot on.
Also your MAF values look fine.
It looks like the engine is detecting lots of misfires from the fault codes. Did it do any misfiring during those logs? It's normal that the misfiring detection goes on and off. It turns off the detection when misfires are more likely like on overrun.
Anyway, it doesn't look like your misfires are being caused mixture issues on the face of it. Could be low fuel pressure I suppose, but I think it's more likely that it's your plugs. When's the last time they were changed and what did you put in? If you don't know when they were last changed then you should change them. See the FAQ for info on plugs.
Check also that all the crankcase breather hoses are intact and connected properly and have a look around for perished vacuum hoses, too, although I don't think this is your problem in this case.
Also, log group 001 so we can see your mixture corrections. Then drive and log groups 15, 16 and 17 so we can see which cylinders are misfiring. It it's always 7 and another one or 2 then it might be coil packs.
Need to get this sorted before it poisons your cats.
Place to start is with the plugs, though, IMO.

15, 16, 17
1, 32, 115
Or you can use advanced measuring blocks to log them all at the same time. Don't forget to use the turbo button.

Re: Possible Issue - New Logs Added
Interesting logs. Lots of misfires on cylinder 7. I would swap the coil pack with another one to see if the problem moves to that cylinder instead.
Lambdas look good, but you car isn't making specified boost. Your ECU is asking for 2100 max boost which is quite a lot, but your car is only making about 1850 max. Not sure what would be causing this. If it was a big boost leak, I would expect to see wonky lambdas, although I did notice that you had just reset the DTCs (and so zeroed the lambda values) so maybe the car hasn't finished adjusting yet.
It could mean a bad DV preventing full boost. I reckon you're down quite a lot on power, as well as your misifiring problem. Deal with the misifre first. Swap that coil pack with another one. While you've got all that apart, you might as well put some new plugs in. Are the ones that are in NGK PFR7Q? If not then you are asking for trouble.
