As you can see ive tried to connect the canbus H/L from the 26 pin video plug not used in the new RNS-E but has failed to work i think this is because its not true CAN ??

I still havent got it sorted inside been in bits for a week now :drink: waiting for a guy to come and vag-com it hopefully that will work

I got my addapter from eBay, I'm confused as to we're the can wires go in the addaper loom were are they on yours, the web page I found pin 5 black/white is high can and pin 6 Black yellow low can on the back of the cluster. I'm not to sure that link will work as I sent it off my phone. P.m your number if you like and I'll send you what I've found or I'll be ringing for help on Sunday lol

Yeah the link diddent work , yeah i think the can wires are orange the orange/brown stripe is always can low and the other is orange/pulple stripe can hi all ive done is tapped into these 2 wires from the grey connector behind the speedo cluster and run a wire from each one and tapped into the wires on the back of the RNS-E unit going to pins can h and can l, theres a diagrame on the top of the unit to tell you what wires to connect to not sure to put things back together yet or leave it till i got it sorted
