By solid do you mean not vented????? Why would anyone buy solid not vented? 99.999% of brakes on anything bigger than a hatchback with drums on the back have vented discs....for a reason, cooling. Can you really buy solid discs for an RS6, has anyone been on a track with them and not melted / warped them?
When i said solid i did not mention vented... But audi dont make any unvented disc on high performance models if at all!

Will check on monday what other pad options are avalible, can get pretty much anything:-)

While we are at it, I would like drum brakes on the front.

Thats serious saxo stopping power.. Think would be cheaper to take out your foot wells and just put your feet down!
