Are you planning a swap Steve ... maybe now or in the future ... or just doing a bit of window shopping? If it were me I'd have to develop some will power before even stepping foot in a dealership filled with such temptation. Do you get a reasonable amount of respect from the sales force driving in with the RS6?SteveH wrote:Have a test drive booked in an Aston tomorrow, was the cheapest car in the ferrari dealership!!
If you're seriously thinking of getting a Cerb Rich_C, I'm selling mine, PM for more details if you want to.Rich_C wrote:I could seriously have a TVR Cerbera as a weekend play car though ... still love the shape of the design even now and the sound of the TVR V8.
Rich.
They were lovin the beast, blistering performance from a 4 door saloon, he thought it was most amusing that we were disussing how much less punch the Aston had than the RS6 because its Normally Aspirated; what it lost in performance it gained in vocals as the Aston sounded bloody lovely, you cold cruise along without any intrusive noise, but then drop it down a gear (nice gearbox btw) and hear it wail. The driving experience in the Aston did not feel worth that level of cash though IMO, gorgeous car inside and out, cheaper to run than the RS6!Do you get a reasonable amount of respect from the sales force driving in with the RS6?
