You can dye it, in fact Gliptone of Liquid Leather fame do a kit I think. I'd have thought black would be easy peasy to do, but if it were me I'd ask someone like this lot to do it properly:

Then pile on the liquid leather every few months. Oh and if you're a fat git like me don't squash the side bolsters when you get in and out! I'd stand no chance with those bucket seats of the new RS4
