I got mine from Mayfair Audi which as you may know is part of the west london audi group and I had all sorts of problems ranging from the plus arriving with no plaque to having to wait a few weeks for the correct alloys to arrive and having the car at the port and not getting delivery for a few days.... the list goes on. I found the whole attitude to customer service was wrong and they were very unwilling to negotiate on various issues. london dealers do not have great reputations - I did eventually email a man called Kevin Rose who is head of customer service at audi uk who got someone else to call me who gave me an audi experience day to compensate me for my problems which was good.

all in all though not a great experience and one I wont be repeating.

Kevin Rose doesn't DO customers as a rule - I think you will find the letters C and E and O after hid name (lol)
