Just sticking an oar in. There was someone else making bits with carbon fibre. How feasible/expensive would it be to make a carbon fibre version instead of glass fibre? I assume both can use the same mould.

You are correct, a carbon fibre one can be made from the same halt. The only thing with carbon is it will be expensive you’ll be looking at at least £1200

For those people interested here is a picture of the mould that just now needs to be polished up then it will be ready to have the first on the tray made from it
As you can see from the picture, it has all of the original air guides bends curbs, fixing points just as the original does.
