Thanks Greg, am looking for the chrome surround if possible, not sure if the paint can be removed from yours? Can you flick me a photo and a price. Cheers

I’ve got a lower grill with trim in the garage waiting to go on my car. If anyone knows someone who can 3D print such an item then I’d be happy to sent it to the to scan.

It would almost be worth getting it scanned to then have a CNC cut a mold to be used to lay up cf or fibreglass replicas

It's a difficult part to print. You'd have to print it in several smaller sections then bond them together. Then post process to get a decent finish. It woudl still be the cheapest way to do it, though. I recently had some parts MJF printed and I couldn't find anywhere that could print more than 350mm on a side. Had to adapt my design. What are the approx dimensions of the grill?

Cheers for the replies. Hard to print I guess. Such a hard part to locate unless its bought new. If anyone comes across a damaged RS6 then let me know and I will buy the front lower grill. Would even take a slightly damaged grill if it suited my job.
Thanks

Thanks again

The one I have is painted with 2K. Don't think it will come off
