Cobra. Dream car. That's a good'un too. Great colour combo and no chrome work around the front air-dam. What's the donk? Running gear? Is it a Dax or sommit else? Interior shot, please.
It's a Dax built by Dave Brooks. Got a 5.7 chevy stroked to 6.3 on jag running gear and dyno'd at 442bhp.

Agree with the chrome when I first bought it it looked like this...

The chrome had to go and I got the wheel centre's made darker and lowered it too so it handles loads better.

Looks lovely - agreed that some kits look a bit crap, chrome, narrow wheels and high ride etc but yours looks sorted. Bet 442bhp is fun. How much do they weigh?

Cobras have been my favourite since I was a little kid. Used to read my dads 'The Car' magazine (all in binders lol) and the Cobra was heavily featured. My mum still has the folders!

Love the seats and love the Cobra.
I used to have a Ram Cobra (tubular chassis endorsed by Caroll Shelby) running a small block Chevy 5.7.

Haha yeah, been sat behind you a few times in traffic recently albeit in my daily smoker. That RS246 Sticker in the back window really is very faded now ;)

I remember trying to follow a Cobra in my 205gti when I was a kid, he left me for dead. 2 miles down the road it was wrapped round a tree, I think I was more gutted than the owner.
previous- Pug 205 gti, 306 gti, 309 gti Goodwood.
Audi S3, S4 V8 avant.
Porsche Macan Turbo.
Gone but NEVER forgotten - C5 RS6 Misano red avant.

Now - Empty garage

If you don't know where you're going, any road will take you there!

I used to build Cobra reps for a living 30 years ago, the pauper version was based on Ford Granada suspension and the top spec on Jaguar series 2/3.
Avus Avant, RNS-E mk2 with sds and Bluetooth, Milltek, Hotchkis, Bilstein, Forge, ITG, A.C.E, Wagner, FBMFSW, MTM.
