Hi. Looking at the top mounts, do I need to go for the whole assembly or is it more likely just the rubber cones have gone? I've seen a guy change these on YouTube on an A6 hence the question.

I don't really want to buy the whole assembly when all it needs are the new rubber cones.

The cones are bonded to the support on the OE parts. Recommend you get the genuine stuff.

OK, couldn't tell that from the pictures and videos. It looked like they were a separate part.
