I think the OEM one has a flap (cue Bam) over the eye thread

El-ringus is correct, it's a flap that covers the OEM tow eye access and no bung for carbon shrouds, I think Dave (iR8V8) bunged his nicely *snigger*. Do a search or PM.

I have no intention of ever breaking down ( :roll: ) so I have never bothered inspecting the ducting, only the actual intercooler. Had no idea whwere the toe hole was, would have just figured it out when needed.

Yeah, getting the shrouds. Hopefully get the motor back Saturday week and will be keeping the look OEM.
