Quick update on Cambelt changes.
I have recently heard that Audi have changed frequency for changing Cambelts on our cars.
I have it on very good authority that the frequency has been extended to 60K miles.
I average around 7K miles per year.
So I will now do my Cambelt at 6 yearly intervals (instead of 4 yearly) or 50k miles whichever comes first.
Obviously it’s up to each owner to determine and be responsible for their own intervals.

I went to my local Audi dealer last year, asking the same question. I was told 5 years or 80k km, whichever comes first. They don't seem to be very consistent....
