Cheers guys.... ive seen the ebay ones and the called C spanner but im not sure if these are the right ones... I will add links and any help would be great full

The first ones look very close to the ones that I have and work fine . You'll have too clean the coilover body with a wire brush so the threads are good and clean before you adjust them .
