Thanks for the info.
There certainly is some vibration that I have noticed from the pedal area while going over rough tarmac. I'll get under there and put some zip ties in.

I had bad vibration through the pedals ,this combined with the h&r coilovers made for a terrible ride ,done the zip tie upgrade today to the pedal box and there is a massive difference driving the car now ,every vibration came through the pedals which made me think my suspension arms were knackered ,turns out there fine.

Took me 20mins to complete ,remove lower dash cover , 2 bolts under the end dash cover ,and 2 underneath .

Then you can see the shaft that needs the zip ties, see pic below
