Then I bought a new sensor but it is still leaking. It is leaking even when the oil is cold.

How does it seal to the sump, is it an O ring or preformed seal.
If it's still leaking after changing both, check there is no damage or corrosion on the sump itself that could be causing the leak.
Was it a genuine seal, or from a reputable brand?
If everything seems ok and not damaged, check the seal carefully, it's easy to nick an o ring, I would then probably use some decent gasket sealer like Reinzosil. Clean the surfaces really well with brake cleaner, thin layer of that and assemble it all up. Should do the trick. I re-sealed my sump with that and it's been leak free so far.

I used Elring 301.540 gasket, it should be ok. Is there a chance that oil is leaking through screws thread?
I will order another gasket and try to back to the oem sensor. I haven't seen any demage or corosion there.
This time I will put some Elring Dirko on the threds, hope it would help.
